Jennifer JenkinsJennifer Jenkins-Sadeghi is a Kansas City native who studied psychology at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas.  Jennifer was introduced to Pilates after a track injury left her with knee pain and reduced range of motion and tightness in the lower back.  She was so excited with her success with Pilates from her injuries that she wanted to share the wonderful life changing benefits of Pilates with everyone.  She found her calling and moved to New York.  Jennifer received her Classical Pilates training and certification in New York City from master teacher Romana Kryzanowska, world renowned protégé of Joseph Pilates. One of the few first generation instructors (Pilates Elders), trained by Joe Pilates, Romana is the most sought after trainer in the Classical Pilates method. Jennifer is proud to be one of the rare second generation Pilates instructors.

Jennifer received her Contemporary Pilates training from STOTT PILATES®.  In addition, she trained under international master teacher Rael Isacowitz in Costa Mesa, Calif., founder of Body Arts and Sciences International. Jennifer has taught Pilates in New York City, Encinitas, CA, Scottsdale, Ariz., Prairie Village, Westwood and Overland Park, Kansas.

Jennifer has a thorough understanding of body movement teaching clients of various fitness levels from elite to clients requiring rehabilitative care. Her calm, relaxed teaching style combined with her extensive training and experience makes clients feel comfortable and confident.
