Policies

All sessions and classes are by appointment only, and payment is expected at time of visit.                                                                                                                                                                                                           All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.                                                                 Latecomers will not be permitted 5 minutes after scheduled time in all Semi-Private and Group Reformer Classes and will be charged as if session was attended.                                                                                                                                                    If late to Private Session, session will end at original scheduled time.                                                                                               Booking your appointment well in advance will increase your chance of securing preferred times.                                          All private sessions, Semi-Private sessions and group Reformer classes purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable and last 45 minutes.                                                                                                                                                                                All packages expire 90 days from date of purchase, unless otherwise noted.
